What you have to do:

  • Take the raw ham or Parma ham slices and tear each into about 4 smaller pieces - you need one piece per bruschetta

  • Fry them in a pan (without oil) until crispy (1-2 mins)

  • If you use zucchini or eggplant, cut them lengthways into very thin slices and fry them in a little olive oil in the pan until they are cooked through.

  • Cut the dried tomatoes into strips (2 strips per bruschetta)

  • Cut the bread into thumb-width slices and toast them - if they are too big, cut them in half

  • Drizzle the toasted bread slices with a little olive oil and spread a thin layer of pesto over them

  • Top each with a piece of Parma ham or vegetables

  • Take the burrata or mozzarella and carefully tear it apart so that you have a piece for each bruschetta. Place these carefully on the Parma ham

  • Take 2 strips of dried tomatoes per roll and place them on the burrata

  • Finally, decorate with a basil leaf and drizzle a little olive oil over it

The bruschette tastes best lukewarm and freshly prepared. Your guests will like them – we promise.
